Data handled
For email sign-in and license restoration, we process your email address, authenticated account ID, session credentials and login/security events. Device pairing stores a token-derived identifier and related authorization and trial-round records. Uploaded cloud templates and preferences are tied to your account, and are not published automatically. Android Accessibility gesture operations run on the device; browser and app usage may still generate essential service diagnostics.
Purchases and optional marketplace
Payment information and card details are entered through Stripe; Loopalot keeps payment references, order states, digital delivery consent evidence and entitlement records. If creator marketplace features are enabled in future, account and payout verification may involve Stripe Connect. Successful paid purchases may generate a transactional order-confirmation email.
Purpose, legal basis and recipients
Processing supports providing the requested service and account (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), fulfilling applicable bookkeeping and consumer obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and reasonably necessary security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)). Services used in this architecture include Supabase for authentication and database, Railway for application hosting, Stripe for payment processing and Resend where configured for email delivery. Some service providers may process information outside the EEA subject to applicable safeguards.
Storage and retention
Browser session storage retains your local sign-in session, and local browser storage may hold voluntary templates and settings. Order and tax records may need to be retained for statutory periods, while active account records support licensing and recovery. An exact retention schedule and vendor processing terms require confirmation by the controller before launch.
